Remember dodgeball? It's back — and it's way more fun than you remember. Volo Sports is running Denver's most exciting dodgeball leagues, and we want you in the mix. Come out, blow off some steam, and throw rubber dodgeballs at your friends. You deserve it.

Our Spring Dodgeball League is a 4 male / 2 female per team format built for maximum action and maximum fun. Every match runs a full 50 minutes — because you came here for a workout and a good time, not to sit on the bench. And yes, we use rubber "no sting" dodgeballs — none of those terrible foam balls that make the game feel like recess. This is the real deal.

Every player gets a team jersey, every match has a paid referee included at no extra cost, and we provide all league balls, updated standings, and weekly schedules. Your game times rotate throughout the season so no one gets stuck with the same slot every week.

Teams play 6 matches over 6 weeks with a guaranteed end-of-season tournament — that's a minimum of 7 matches of pure, dodging, ducking, dipping, diving fun.

No full team? No problem. Sign up as an individual or small group and we'll get you placed. We keep rosters capped at 10 players maximum — so you'll always have real playing time, not just a spot on the sideline watching someone else have all the fun.

Skill Levels:

Recreational — First-time players to low-intermediate players are all welcome. This is a relaxed, fun-first league where the rules are enforced, everyone gets to play, and the vibe is all about having a great time. No dodgeball experience required — just show up ready to have fun.
