2026 Leagues Are Now Open — Come Join Us Under the Lights!
Volo Sports is bringing competitive, community-driven softball to Thornton — and there's a spot in the lineup for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned slugger or just looking to get outside and have a great time, we've got a league built for you.
Our leagues run 7 to 8 weeks with a 6-game regular season and all qualified teams advancing to an end-of-season tournament. Every game runs a full 60 minutes under the lights — enough time to make every at-bat count and every inning matter. A paid umpire is included at every match at no extra cost — no ref fees, ever. The league provides all game balls too, so there's nothing to worry about except showing up and playing your best. Every player receives a full set of high-quality athletic team jerseys — not cheap cotton shirts. We keep roster sizes real — you'll never be placed on a team of more than 15 players. No showing up just to maybe bat twice and go home. At Volo, everyone gets meaningful time in the game. No full team? No problem. Sign up as an individual or small group and we'll get you placed on a team. Individuals, small groups, and full teams are all welcome. Top it all off with great bar sponsors for pre- and post-game food and drink specials — because the best part of game night doesn't end when the final out is called. When you play with Volo, you Play it Forward — every registration helps fund free youth sports programs for kids across Colorado through the Volo Kids Foundation. Players are responsible for providing their own gloves. Teams are responsible for providing their own bats. |
